CAM Registration – Sign-up Guide
Thank you for your interest in joining CAM!
To officially welcome you to CAM, we need you to complete the sign-up process. Please email the following documents to fussball.cam@gmail.com la siguiente documentación:
- Completed and signed registration form con tus datos y firmado (descargalo abajo)
- Passport-style photo (digital format)
- Copy of passport (first page)
- Proof of payment of the annual fee de la cuota anual
- Retroactive release letter from previous club (only for players coming from a non-German club — download example below)
Email subject: Pass Application Details + First and Last Name + Team
Once we receive all the documentation, we will officially confirm your registration with CAM and you'll have full access to the groups and training sessions as a CAMcher@ member.

*The annual fee covers September 1st through August 31st of the following year.
Those joining after November 30th pay half the annual fee.
